During an excursion, the Introduction to News Production students got to experience a taste of Chinatown on September 8, 2015. By stepping out of their comfort zones, the students roamed around the busy streets in Chinatown to dig in more about what goes on during grocery shopping and captured pictures during the trip. As the students walked through open markets and vendors, some difficulties such as the language barrier and how much in a rush people were in. While people were grocery shopping, came across two women were picking out vegetables decided to participate in an interview.
