Other than stating the conclusion of adequate staffing, the executive summary did not include a recommendation (Study & Learning Centre, Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, 2005). The introduction indicated a staffing problem and the conclusion suggested that staffing was adequate. A recommendation of alternative sources of action for management to consider may be necessary to relieve the over staffing problem you have described (Althouse, Rose, & Allen, 2011). Additionally, a recommendation is to possibly consider finding scholarly articles. While the references you listed are appropriate, they may not appear scholarly. Also, by considering the opinions of others, it has further enabled me to examine and refine my own beliefs. The summary assignment made for good practice at interpreting information and then relating that material to others. Building upon that was the synthesis essay, which was a useful exercise in consolidating multiple sources into one complete and coherent article. Finally, the Blackfish documentary served to illustrate what can be achieved when one utilizes all of the aforementioned skills in their work (Blackfish). A short report is suitable when the issue is well defined, has a short border and easy to explain and discuss such as temporary reports and progress report. Also, it always includes three to five pages, which involves necessary information that need to be mentioned. In comparison, long report consists of two types; technical report and management report. A technical report is comprehensive with full documents required such as sources of information, research steps, procedures, information collected, tools, methods, index construction and Information analysis styles.

The literature review gives justified information for the need of conducting the research. Apart from the introduction, there is no other information concerning the research title that could offer detailed information (Chaliha et a., 2001). Despite giving the justified information in the introduction section the paper should have had the literature review section, thus it did not follow the due steps and format of a research paper. Furthermore, all members: both the main researchers and the co-researchers must be in synergy. Their roles should be delineated and disclosed to all, they should be clear what the aims of the study are, its objectives and how it should be conducted. And they should compromise and be devoted to fulfill their role and the deadlines proposed, given that if one does not comply with what was assigned, other ends up taking up extra responsibilities and this provides an unnecessary burden.
