There are those who add to America’s gun problem, and there are those who help solve the problem. Our country has many personal weapons in public circulation, this proves to be deadly. The prospect of arming educators has been widely suggested this year after many school shootings. Arming teachers will only add to America’s gun problem. Not all educators understand the basics of gun safety. Without this proper knowledge, many people can get severely injured or put others in harm. If all teachers wanted to carry a gun, they would go through a lot of classes and it would cost a lot of money. They could become the target of a school shooter and put students at risk for them coming into their classroom.
